Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Compensation Configuration Analyst will configure and optimize the Workday platform with a focus on Advanced Compensation, while also supporting other modules as needed, ensuring accurate execution of compensation cycles and data integrity. Key responsibilities: Serve as a hands-on configuration expert for Advanced Compensation and other Workday modules, ensuring system design aligns with business strategy Own the end-to-end configuration and execution of Annual Salary Review processes in Workday, including Compensation Statements and reporting Partner with Compensation and People teams to enhance business processes and system functionality, while supporting Workday releases and testing cycles Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systems Hands-on experience with the Workday Compensation module and proficiency in compensation cycles Demonstrated expertise in configuring Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules Strong understanding of compensation processes and experience with Workday reporting tools
