Job PostingType: Full-TimePay Rate: $18.50 per hourShift: Monday to Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CSTLocation:Perks Archway Offers:Health, dental, vision benefitsLife, AD&D, short and long term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO)Recognition programs and service awards401 (k) with a company matchEmployee assistance program, including identity theft protection and travel assistanceEmployee discount programsPrimary Objective of Position: Responsible for the accurate set-up picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specifications.Major Areas of Performance:Help with line set-upUtilization of technology as required, i.e. voice technology, RF scanners, etc.Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in resolving cycle count discrepancy issuesAssist with various administrative, receiving, and shipping duties as requiredRestock packing materialsComplete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentationAssist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectationsUpdate supervisor and team lead on issues or concernsParticipate in process improvement by communicating to supervisor and/or team leadMaintain a clean, organized and safe work areaAll other duties as assignedQualifications Required:High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent warehouse experienceExperience in PC applications and ability to learn new systemsBasic math and reading skillsMust be able to read and understand written and verbal instructionsAbility to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracyAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift environmentPhysical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of timeArchway is growing – grow with us, too.Archway is an organization that embraces a People First culture.
