Key responsibilities Manage the benefits renewal process and coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Support the execution of market adjustments and annual merit increase cycles, including data preparation and validation Serve as a front-line resource for benefit inquiries and manage the Leave of Absence processes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, preferably with multi-country exposure Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining benefits and compensation concepts
