Inside Sales & East Coast Showroom Specialist (Hybrid / High Point, NC) Location: High Point, NC (Remote with mandatory in-person trade show travel) Company: Pom Pom at Home Base Compensation: $22.00 / hour Benefits Includes Healthcare, Dental, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional Perks $150/week trade show bonus + additional post-market comp time off About Us Pom Pom at Home is a luxury home textiles brand focused on creating relaxed, elegant bedding and home essentials. We partner with interior designers, boutique retailers, and major showrooms across the country. We are expanding our regional East Coast footprint and seeking a dedicated, long-term team member to manage day-to-day operations remotely and drive our physical trade show execution locally. Position Overview This is a unique hybrid role combining year-round remote inside sales and customer service with hands-on, high-energy showroom coordination four times a year. The ideal candidate will be based in the High Point/Triad region, managing our digital customer inquiries from home, but transitioning into an operational lead for our bi-annual markets in High Point, NC (Suites at Market Square) and Atlanta, GA (AmericasMart). Key Responsibilities Manage inbound digital and telephone inquiries from interior designers and retail partners. Utilize NetSuite to process wholesale orders seamlessly, provide accurate product details, and check real-time inventory allocation. Build proactive relationships with existing accounts to support regional business growth. Assist with outbound outreach to new designer accounts and follow up on wholesale trade leads. Coordinate cross-functionally with our main headquarters in Burbank, CA regarding order fulfillment and freight logistics. 2. Showroom & Trade Show Logistics (In-Person — 4x Annually) High Point Market: Attend on-site for approximately 2 weeks per show to handle pre-market setup, active showroom sales, and post-market breakdown. Shows typically run in April and October. AmericasMart Atlanta: Travel to downtown Atlanta for show setup, execution, and breakdown. Shows typically run in January and July. All travel, lodging, and transit expenses are 100% company-covered. Setup & Merchandising: Perform active physical labor including unboxing freight, steaming luxury linens, dressing display beds to brand standards, and light showroom layout adjustments. Breakdown & Freight: Independently manage the end-of-show logistics, including carefully inventorying, packing, boxing, and coordinating freight shipping carriers to return display goods back to our Burbank, CA warehouse. What We’re Looking For Technical Proficiency: Prior experience working within NetSuite (or a similar major ERP/CRM platform like Quickbooks or Salesforce) is highly preferred for managing complex wholesale orders. The Hybrid Mindset: A rare professional who is equally comfortable writing polished, professional emails to luxury interior designers as they are utilizing box cutters, packing tape, and handling freight boxes. Flexibility with Scheduling: Understanding that trade show dates are subject to shift based on major global events, venue changes, or athletic schedules (e.g., World Cup, convention center shifts). Finalized dates are typically posted well in advance on the official High Point Market and AmericasMart websites, and adaptability is key. Highly Autonomous: Proven ability to work independently from a home office and manage a physical showroom floor without direct oversight. Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods during high-energy show weeks and safely lift/move shipping boxes up to 50 lbs. Reliable Transit: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (ability to drive to Atlanta with showroom supplies is a major plus, with full federal mileage reimbursement provided). Outside of the 4 annual trade shows, this position is 100% remote. Market weeks require extended daily hours and weekend availability.
