Supporting the administration and optimization of HR technology, the full-time HRIS Analyst II will manage complex configurations, integrations, and data integrity across various HR applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Provide advanced technical and functional expertise across HR applications, including configuration, reporting, and enhancements Monitor HRIS integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders Develop reports and dashboards to support HR operations and strategic initiatives Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred 2 years of experience supporting or administering enterprise HR applications, with a preference for Dayforce Strong understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical tools Ability to document requirements and business processes effectively
